Cenk Başar graduated from Kultur University with a degree in Foreign Trade. He completed a short internship at Denizer Customs Brokerage in 2021. In 2024, he worked at Çözen Customs in Ambarlı Port, gaining experience in import–export procedures and field operations.

He joined the Türkroro team in August 2025 and currently works in Field Operations Support, contributing to Ro-Ro operations and logistics activities.
