Grimaldi Mediterranean Routes

On the Turkey–Italy Ro-Ro route, our shipping partner operates three weekly sailings using next-generation hybrid Ro-Ro vessels, each with a capacity of 500 trailers. These vessels provide a total weekly capacity of 3,000 units for import and export shipments.

Ambarlı-Trieste:

From Ambarlı Akçansa Port, which has two Ro-Ro ramps on the European side of Istanbul, Grimaldi Lines operates three regular weekly Ro-Ro sailings to the Port of Trieste, Italy.
Vessels departing from Ambarlı and calling at Gemport complete their journeys in approximately three days, arriving in Trieste.

Gemport-Trieste:

Located close to Turkey’s leading industrial zones and offering convenient access, Gemport operates three regular weekly Ro-Ro sailings to the Port of Trieste via Grimaldi Lines.
Vessels departing from Gemport complete the voyage to Trieste in approximately three days.

Ambarlı-Gemport-Trieste-Patras-Bari

Vessels departing from the Marmara Region reach Trieste and then continue on their import journeys with a stop at the Port of Patras. For export/import shipments between southern Italy and the Marmara Region, services are offered via Grimaldi Lines' connecting vessels between Patras and Bari.
